How can I take advantage of hybrid teams?

When you already have in house teams and would like to expand the teams externally, you’ll create in fact hybrid teams. At least when you let them collaborate and don’t see them as entire seperate teams. In that case you can use a senior within your internal team as being the client’s consultant (and have the hard coding at the other side). Or you can add expertise you don’t have in house (and can’t find or is too expensive in your own area) with external experts.

Another option would be to let your team work the clock round. So, the in house team members will work upon a project within your office hours. And after that the external team members will take over. So, you can do twice as much.
